I know that there are a lot of mommies like me who need some encouragement. You know I'm an ebook junkie, hence the whole review thing. While I rarely buy ebooks if I'm not reviewing them, I do usually purchase some ebook bundles. Why? You guys may not know how creative I'm not, but it is a sad, true fact. The closest I come is the occasional digiscrap, and those are entirely template based. However, I know that many of you are the Pinterest goddesses I aspire to be, and good for you. However, for the rest of us, there is easy to follow tutorials with step by step instructions that use small words and short sentences for those of us busy, sleep-deprived Mommy types. There aren’t enough hours in the day, right? With work, helping the kids with their homework, preparing meals, cleaning up after everyone and putting yet another load of laundry on, there’s very little time for sleep – let alone DIY and crafting! 
 But do you look at that bare wall in the den and that tatty tablecloth on the kitchen table, and just wish you had a few hours to do something about them? One thing I haven't mentioned much about administrating the Ehlens (see what I did there) is the dietary changes. I'm not sure why, because this part of it is super stressful. We figured out very early on that dairy was not going to work for our family. I'm still in mourning. I still sneak ice cream when the kids aren't looking. See, my system can tolerate dairy. This does not seem to be the case for the other family members. The oils actually help some with dairy - Matt will use the "tummy oil" when he knows he is going to be bad about dairy. (This would be DigestZen for those of you who don't have small children who rename everything.) But in general, we abstain. In case you are wondering, David and Rachelle used to slurp dairy all day and we had milk delivered.
